Hello, this is Humanscape Team.
We would like to inform you that 212,500,000 HUM, which was originally scheduled to be unlocked as of 2021.12.01, will be reduced to 112,500,000 HUM. In order to stabilize the market and reduce the risks required for the mid- to long-term operation of the project, the project team members and early investors have agreed on a new vesting plan, which will increase circulation at a slower rate than before.
Advisors Pool
- Advisors have provided practical help and advice in each field from the beginning of the project to the present.
- Since it was originally a two-year lockup, it had to be distributed in Dec 1st, 2019.12, but the lock-up was released on Dec 1st, 2021, as they agreed to an additional two-year lock-up extension.
- Therefore 62,500,000HUM(Advisor Pool) will be un-locked as scheduled.
Team & Early Investors Pool
- It is for the team members who have contributed from the beginning of the project, and those who have not received distribution from early investors.
- We inform you that the amount that will be unlocked on Dec 1st, 2021 has been reduced from 150,000,000 HUM to 50,000,000 HUM.
